Beta Theta Pi is the exclusive owner of its trademarks. To safeguard the appropriate use of our federally registered trademarks and to guarantee quality products, Beta Theta Pi is one of many Greek organizations that has entered into a trademark licensing agreement with Affinity Consultants Inc. All commercial use of Beta Theta Pi’s trademarks must be administered through a licensing agreement with Beta Theta Pi.
We encourage members of Beta Theta Pi and Friends of Beta to support the Fraternity and buy exclusively from officially licensed vendors. All licensed vendors are screened for high quality products and good customer service.
In addition, Beta Theta Pi has it’s own online store at BetaSpirit.com. All proceeds from this online store go directly into the Fraternity’s operating budget, which allows the Administrative Office to service our chapters and undergraduate members.

BetaSpirit.com is the official online store for Beta Theta Pi. It’s the one-stop shop for all Beta clothing, Beta swag, customized athletic jerseys, books, gifts, personalized stationery, and more. It’s also the place to purchase recruitment, ritual and operational resources such as: “Go Beta” buttons and pens, Sons of the Stars manuals, new member pins, The Singing Fraternity CD, Fraternal 25s and 50s pins, and a variety of ritual regalia and equipment. The only Beta-specific items not for sale on the site are Loving Cups, replacement charters and chapter-specific coat of arms. Those may be purchased here.

Beta Theta Pi licenses it’s official trademarks to a select number of vendors across North America via Affinity Marketing Consultants. These vendors may sell a myriad of products and service, including T-shirt and apparel items, chapter and alumni association stationery, composites, stemware products, sport equipment and more. Beta uses Podio to collaborate on projects and events. This cloud service keeps track of clients, files, meetings, deliverables, inventory and just about anything else – and makes it all available on any device. Setup is simple enough for anyone to create the perfect app for their team or project. IT can use Podio’s API to integrate with existing services and databases.
Survey Gizmo
SurveyGizmo is online survey software for designing online surveys, collecting data and performing analysis.
