180th General Convention Essential Information

Who:
All Betas and families, Friends of Beta, Sweethearts, Advisors, General Fraternity Officers and Board Members

Where:
Oxford, Ohio

When:
August 1-4, 2019

Cost/Lodging/Events
Undergraduate members, chapter advisors, and house corporation board members are covered by chapter packages which were selected by chapter officers. Individuals registered under chapter packages will be staying in residence halls on Miami’s campus. Further information can be found in the FAQ document.

General Fraternity Officers’ registration fee is $350. You can find additional information about lodging and travel reimbursement in the FAQ document.

Alumni and guests can register for Convention in its entirety, or purchase attendance for individual days. The cost for a full package is $165 per person. The cost for each day is: Thursday – $50, Friday – $50, and Saturday – $65. All alumni will need to book lodging on their own.

Deadlines
The early-bird registration deadline is April 15. Prices increase to $25 for all chapter package registrants after this date. Registration closes June 29.
